Since Dilworth Coffee was sold to Stockton Graham & Co., a Raleigh-based coffee roaster, the brand has undergone a transformation. Now they’re looking to grow.
The 28-year-old coffee brand now has a new logo, coffee packaging, website, more e-commerce capabilities and an expanded list of specialty coffees. The brand refresh also includes the new storefront at Fifth Third Center in Uptown Charlotte, which opened in early 2017.
Moving forward, they’re also looking to add more licensed stores.
The menu at the Fifth Third location focuses on espresso drinks and hand-poured coffee, but also includes pastries and other food options.
Dilworth Coffee now has four locations: Fifth Third Center and SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, Plantation Market in Matthews and Coddle Creek in Concord. Stockton Graham & Co. licenses the brand, so each location is independently owned. According to its website, Dilworth Coffee is currently looking to increase its number of licensed stores.
Dilworth Coffee was founded in 1989 by Don and Aylene Keen. In 2010, Stockton Graham & Co. purchased wholesale roasting and distribution assets, and in 2016, the Dilworth Coffee trademark.
