Overview:
The position will provide the major focus for developing new business and new donor relationships for United Way. Provide staff and volunteer leadership and coordination to develop, cultivate and expand relationships within United Way’s footprint. This position shall also be responsible for growing and strengthening United Way’s relationships with a select group of key corporate accounts. The position will be responsible for growing relationships with company leadership, key influencers, stakeholders and priority donors. Annual growth in new business giving shall total approximately $250,000.

The New Business Relationship Manager is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of all fundraising, communications and engagement activities for this donor segment. The position will work closely with the volunteers, Relationship Managers and other internal departments to accomplish set goals. Build brand loyalty and significantly increase the numbers of donors and dollars raised in this segment.
