On-Site Marketing Manager / Director of Sales

Responsibilities & duties:
• Generate traffic and close on resident leases for each lease up community in which he or she is assigned.
• Experience developing a leasing/sales strategy and revenue management knowledge.
• Implement marketing and advertising strategies to include ILS, social media, community outreach programs in order to drive traffic to prospective communities.
• Develop strategic marketing plans to ensure forecasted objectives are achieved.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of your assigned property and the competition.
• Convert phone calls and/or internet leads to tours and tours to leases.
Skills & competencies:
• Strong customer service/sales background and skills (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent communication skills – both in-person and on the phone.
• A positive, professional attitude at all times.
• Detail oriented and well organized; must be able to successfully multi-task.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Marketing/Business).
• Minimum 3-5 years Sales and/or Marketing experience.
• Multi-family or real estate experience helpful, but not required.
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• This position does require full-time travel. You will be required to live on the property you are leasing for an approximate 90 days at a time.
• This is a full-time, salaried position with base pay + a monthly commission/bonus structure.
