Ramen Soul is their name, and “Ramen, dim-sum, and then some” is their game.
Chef duo Timothy and Melanie Groody, owners of the Fork! restaurant in Cornelius, are opening a new Asian-themed spot with an Americanized, chef-driven twist in Mooresville.
Ramen Soul features traditional noodles and broth with seasonal toppings and variations.
You can expect made-from-scratch, flavorful dishes, like these rice noodle rolls.
And specialty drinks like sake-infused cocktails
Don’t worry, there’s something for everybody- whether you like whiskey or want to go for something a little lighter.
The restaurant has a relaxed vibe. Sit at the bar or on the outdoor patio and enjoy a sake-inspired cocktail while old Kung Fu movies play on the TVs.
Ramen Soul opens tonight (Wednesday) for dinner service. On Monday they’ll open for lunch and dinner. Their hours are Sun- Mon 11-9, and Tue-Sat 11-10.
