Part-Time Ticketing Customer Service Representative (HIRED)

Overview:
Join our team of dedicated customer service professionals and share the thrill of live performance. In our call center and theater box offices, you’ll answer questions from customers about upcoming shows and assist them in selecting seats and purchasing tickets using our computerized ticketing software. We are looking for candidates who enjoy talking with and helping others and want to be part of an organization dedicated to creating lifelong customers through the exceptional experiences and service we provide.
In this position, you’ll be a key part of Charlotte’s premiere entertainment organization and will have the chance to share your excitement and enthusiasm about Broadway, concerts and other great shows with our customers. We will provide extensive training on our ticketing software to selected candidates. You also will assist with order fulfillment and report generation.
Full and part-time positions are available. Full-time positions require flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Part-time positions for both day and evening shifts are available. Part-time schedules vary from 20 to 32 hours per week.
Qualifications:
A dedication to helping others and providing service of the highest level. Ability to listen and solve customer problems with win win solutions. Demonstrated ability to learn and use computer software. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by some prior general business or customer service experience. Some college preferred and bilingual is a plus as is interest and enthusiasm for Broadway, theater and concerts.
