BLT Steak has had a Sunday brunch in the past but recently extended the menu to Saturday as well.
As you’d expect, the restaurant at the Ritz does it bigger and better. But the superior yet down-to-earth service and very relatable menu will make anyone feel at ease.

Here’s a walk-through of my fancy brunch…
Eggs Benedict ($17)
Yes, that is eggs benedict in one of BLT’s signature popovers.
It’s not on the menu, so if you want this amazing creation, you’ll have to ask.
Butternut Squash Soup ($6)
Creamy, flavorful, and pretty. The fried garlic on top was a nice touch.
Tuna Tartare ($17)
Just pure perfection. That soy-lime dressing…
Lobster Cobb Salad ($27)
A $27 salad you won’t be disappointed in. You’re obviously paying for the lobster, but get pumped for the fried onions, pancetta, and homemade ranch dressing.
Brioche French Toast ($15)
It’s brioche French toast with bananas foster on top. What’s not to love? The graham cracker ice cream doesn’t typically come on this dish, but you better hope they add it full-time because it is delicious.
Top everything off with this specialty mimosa (it has several flavors of Ciroc mixed in), and you’re good to go.
BLT brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
