Dot Dot Dot is on the fast track to completion.
Plumbing has been excavated and electrical work is slated to start next week. Owner Conrad Hunter, the brain behind Foxcroft Wine Co., told the Agenda that it’s “about 10 weeks out.”
The space, which will be slightly hidden and only accessible from the shopping center’s Backlot (this is the area with ROCKSALT and, soon, CorePower Yoga and Amélie’s), will have a Prohibition-era feel to it and be focused on the drinks.

Hunter is aiming to have the greatest bourbon and single malt collection in Charlotte. And cocktails.
To that end, he has partnered with Stefan Huebner, whom many know from Heist. According to Punch Room mixologist Bob Peters, Huebner was one of the key players in bringing elevated cocktails to the city.

When it comes to the food menu, Hunter has brought on Chris Vergili, who has worked with Bruce Moffett of Good Food on Montford, Staggioni and Barrington’s, to create an artisanal menu with highlights like:
- Steak Tartare, Cornichon, Red Onion, Capers and Quail Egg ($18)
- Gravlax and Hovmästarsås (raw salmon with a Swedish mustard-dill sauce) ($18)
- Oysters on the Half Shell (market price)
- Shrimp and Scallops Skewers ($18)
- Lamb with Mint & Harissa ($18)
It looks as good as it sounds.
