Real Estate Agent
Overview:
From training to technology, marketing to support, Allen Tate Realtors® is ready to cultivate, reward and compensate your entrepreneurial spirit and your passion for success, while you call your own shots.
Allen Tate is ranked #1 in the Carolinas and #6 among independent real estate firms, and #12 among all real estate companies in the nation.
If you are looking for a firm—or an entirely new career—that offers the strength, the stability of a 60-year strong company, and solid name recognition to support your entrepreneurial goals, Allen Tate is the place for you.
Being a Realtor in 2018:
Today’s busy real estate market means more opportunities to build lasting client relationships and people skills, as well as the chance to use the latest technology and marketing trends to grow your business and increase your reach into your community.
A career in real estate also gives you a flexible schedule, allowing you to be there when family needs you, explore other interests, or volunteer with an organization. You’ll be able to put in the hours you need to be successful, but on a more unconventional schedule that seems to suit life in 2018 better than a rigid 8-5 job.
Job description:

• You will likely work with both buyers and sellers, navigating them through the complexities of a real estate transaction.

• Working as a real estate agent, you can expect some night and weekend hours, showing properties to customers, setting up open houses and having conversations outside of normal business hours.
• You’ll want to learn all you can about your particular market and area neighborhoods. Your clients will look to you to answer questions and concerns about things like school districts, zoning, roads, commute times and community services.
