Overview:
Being a very diverse position, you must have excellent sales skills and creativity, while maintaining a detail-oriented and passionate approach. Working directly with clients to create events that meet and exceed their goals and visions is a primary focus on this position. You will work with fellow sales team members on building and maintaining client, vendor and venue relationships. This would include attending local industry events representing the company brand. You would need to have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identify priorities in work assignments and complete detail-oriented work in a fast-paced, high volume, team environment. This would include fielding initial phone calls, handling client inquiries, updating event proposals and coordinating with our culinary and operations departments.

Requirements:
• Superior organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Ability to work well independently, but also collaborate with fellow team members.

Required education:
• Relevant Bachelor Degree preferred.
