Hello Thursday.
On Tuesday, I went to Mugs Coffee Shop. I used the internet and drank a styrofoam cup of water. But, I did NOT buy anything. I just wasn’t thirsty. I was that guy. I go there an average of 2.7 times a week, so should I feel guilty? Is it okay to bum internet and water from a coffee shop without buying anything?
I confessed my guilt yesterday to Mugs owner Oliver Wu. He responded, “That’s cool man because you’re a regular. It’s not a big deal to me, but I have had to talk to 5 people in the past 6 years about this (very rare). In fact, there was one lady who kept bringing soda into the coffee shop, would never buy anything and just use the internet.” I love Oliver and I feel better after my confession. Anyways.
