I’d love to have been in the Childress Klein development conference when somebody said, “You know what? We should add 394 apartments on top of the Mint Museum…”

On April 7, residents will begin moving into this 42-floor tower.
Lawyers, consultants and energy executives working on the upper floor of the Duke Energy Center will look out their office window in jealously at the heated infinity pool – complete with a cabanas, grills, oversized fireplace, lounge seating and bar.

The apartment complex has all the high-end amenities that you could dream of – including a massive lounge with high ceilings and a stunning view of the Panthers stadium.
