The Ritz-Carlton is kicking off 2017 with a rebranded lobby lounge that opens tonight.
If you’ve been to the Ritz before, it’ll still look largely the same with new furniture and a stage where the fountain used to be for live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
Here’s a look at what to expect on the new menu from Executive Sous Chef Juan Pablo de la Sota Riva.
Angus beef sliders, $17
Curry chicken meatballs, $12
Jicama tacos with crab and guacamole, $15
Cheese board, $18
Mezze duo with baba ganoush and spicy feta, $15
Truffle salmon dip, $14
Handcrafted cocktails include over-the-top, hands-on garnishes like a skewer of cotton candy to dissolve, a candied grapefruit round to be cracked or an elaborate smoke-filled glass box (true story).
The Connection, $15
Harmony, $15
Kinship is open Monday – Thursday 4-11 p.m., Friday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. and Sunday 2-10 p.m. Live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 9 p.m. to midnight.
