Beer curation and delivery startup BrewPublik has made its first foray into the apartment market.

The company has just landed a deal with Levine Properties to serve all the residents in the 105-unit community The Julien near Plaza Midwood.

All new tenants at The Julien will get a free trial membership of BrewPublik, which brings a carefully selected box of beer to members’ doors.

The deal makes sense for both companies.

Levine and The Julien get an amenity that differentiate it from other apartment communities in Charlotte.

BrewPublik gets a new base of potential customers at a much lower acquisition cost. And it gets to test a model that could scale across Charlotte and into other markets.
