On the off chance that you don’t have someone in your life that’s seen every season – if not every episode – of Gilmore Girls and filled you in, Netflix is bringing it back to life in November.
Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, a four-part mini-series, will premiere on November 25. Each episode will be set in a different season.

Because the marketing team at Netflix is brilliant and understands just how deep the love for the show runs (enough to warrant a 153-hour marathon on UP TV), they’ve gone one step further to ensure that fans lose it just a little bit more over the revival.
If there’s anything the Gilmore women are known for, it’s their incredibly unhealthy diet consisting mainly of pizza, Chinese takeout and coffee. Plenty of coffee, in huge mugs from Luke’s Diner, was a centerpiece of the show.
Some might even call it a worrying amount:
In honor of the show’s staple diner and drink, 200 coffee shops across the country will be transformed into Luke’s Diner for Luke’s Diner Day, complete with all of the essentials, including branded t-shirts and aprons.
Customers can grab a free cup of coffee between 7 a.m. and noon, or until supplies run out.
