Source, recruit, and identify qualified applicants.
Find quality candidates through various sourcing channels.
Manage the full hiring process for open sales positions, including identifying, screening, interviewing, and selecting applicants.
Conduct phone interviews with qualified applicants to determine potential candidates.
Promote company and the sales representative role to potential candidates.
Establish a clear and comprehensive hiring strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Proven recruiting experience.
2+ years experience in recruiting, sourcing, or staffing.
Ability to understand company needs and sales requirements.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
