A Thai fusion (think dumplings, curry, noodle bowls, wok dishes) restaurant named Hibiscus just opened across the street from Park Road Shopping Center under the Libretto’s.

It’s the same shopping center with the Chick Fil-A, Which Wich and Total Wine (just take the stairs down). Hours of operation are 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Hibiscus management (two brothers) are part of the team at Dilworth hotspot Thai Taste – so, they’re not newbies.

Popular dishes recommended by the staff include: Vientiane Noodle (pictured below), Loa Sausage and Grandma’s Bibimbap.

Their bar area has top shelf liquor and their cocktail program will be released soon. Beers on draft include offerings from Sycamore, Wooden Robot, Sugar Creek and Sapporo.
