• Computer competency.
• Database knowledge – Salesforce experience is a plus.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent diction and clarity of voice.

So what would you be doing each day as a sleuthing phone jockey?
Job duties:
• Sleuthing leads through various databases to quality if they are a pauper or prince.
• Entering details of prospect into Salesforce database.
• “Dial for Dollars” by calling prospects to set appointments to see million dollar real estate.
• Meet and exceed sales goals for your territory.
• At the conclusion of prospecting period, qualify marketing results and cultivate a report.
