The Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for leadership and overall management of the Client relationship on collection of agency accounts. S/he leads a team of marketing managers to satisfy client needs. The Director of Integrated Marketing is held accountable for client satisfaction, quality work that delivers results and account profitability. As the senior point of contact, s/he coordinates agency resources, builds strategic operational plans and balances the needs and expectations of the client with the needs of the company.

The Director of Integrated Marketing possesses a thorough knowledge of the dynamics and workings of the clients’ businesses, personnel and the competitive landscape; and inspires client trust through anticipating the needs of the client. S/he leads the development of strategic marketing plans for their clients, seeking alternative viewpoints and approaches in developing effective marketing strategies. S/he guides the account team(s) to successfully implement projects within the agency on behalf of the client including creative, media, public relations, interactive/digital, and traffic/production.

The Director of Integrated Marketing demonstrates leadership within the agency and promotes a positive work environment by demonstrating personal accountability for attitude, confidentiality and professional maturity to become a driving force behind positive outcomes. Additionally, s/he is responsible for performance of the account team(s) by supervising, training, coaching, setting expectations, establishing goals and addressing performance concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Takes the lead in clients’ marketing strategies, communicating with clients at a senior level
• Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team
• Sets and manages client expectations
• Evaluates the input and ideas of creative, media and research relative to strategy
• Advocates the client’s business internally and keeps the agency team informed, focused and enthused about their business
• Worked integrally with other agency departments to author effective strategies, briefings and work
• Provide effective and efficient oversight of agency resources to insure projects are delivered as promised in terms of time, budget and results
• Ensures and takes ownership of overall quality of work on accounts
• Leads a team to provide the utmost level of client service
• Recognizes and resolves conflict situations, both internally and externally
• Provide a model for project and agency leadership … prepared and proactive, thorough and accurate
• Creates and recognizes opportunities to grow Client’s business and acts upon them with the help of senior management and appropriate agency resources
• Occasional travel may be required for client visits and new business presentations
• Standard office hours, though deadlines or the demands of a client may require working outside of regular office hours to ensure continued success

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 year college degree in marketing, advertising or related field
• 10+ years account management experience in a marketing or agency environment
• The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
• Working knowledge of a PC and Microsoft Office software
• Expert relationship building skills
• Effective team management capabilities
• Candidate must work well in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment; have strong organizational and problem solving skills; must have very good attention to detail; and must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Occasional travel is required for client visits and new business presentations

Salary Range:

Up to $75,000 Base Salary plus Bonus
$75 per Month Cell Phone Reimbursement
