BoOvalLogoIt’s time to prepare our kitchens and stomachs for the epic game. Bojangles’ is obviously a tailgate staple — in fact, 96 of our readers mentioned #BoTime specifically when sharing their game day rituals.

The Panthers have taken it to the next level. I say, in their honor, let’s do the same. Here are 7 over-the-top Bojangles’ upgrades to try on Sunday.

(1) Pimento cheese biscuits

Two Southern staples, united. Sandwich style or open-face, you can’t go wrong.

(2) Seasoned Fries with queso

Honestly, these are delightful with just cheese. But the next step is obvious: chili.

(3) Chicken and waffles

Brunch is a critical part of game-day success. Do it right.

(4) Bo-Berry sundae (sundae bar?)

Aggressively delicious, aggressively blue. Warm Bo-Berry biscuits, ice cream, blueberry syrup, whipped cream… Today is not the day for the traditional brownie.

(5) Jalapeño bacon Macaroni ‘n Cheese

Make this even more grown-up by adding extra cheese — I’d start with jack.

(6) Cheddar Bo club – double stacked

A Cheddar Bo could ONLY be improved as a vehicle for bacon. Stack it club-style, one Cheddar Bo on top and one on bottom. Taking the first bite might take three attempts — that’s okay.

(7) And some things are just perfect the way they are. Legendary, even.

But perhaps a splash of something stronger?
