I guess you could say I’ve always had an affinity for quirky streets lined with the perfect proportion of booming bars, carefully crafted cocktails and midnight bowling — where you actually bowl.
As a new Charlottean (that’s the correct word, right?), I’ve made it my mission to find an area that gets my Virginia Tech roots. It has to have the appropriate amount of college bars and late-night greasy French fries that can cure just about anything.
