CRM Administrator

This is the product owner for the CRM, with a full depth of knowledge and ability to learn, train and build.
• Build custom sets for special use cases
• Build and maintain workflows for individual users or teams
• Set up and monitor information flow within CRM and with other business-critical systems
• Train users on data cleanliness, internal processes, and new features

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Development, management, and monitoring of the CRM system configuration
• Responsible for testing and system upgrades. Work with team members to facilitate integration with other systems
• Create processes and workflows
• Work with process owners to develop new capabilities and refine existing processes
• Conduct Quality Assurance and Acceptance Testing. Provide End User support
• Develop operational and management reporting and dashboards. Develop new forms and modify existing forms
• Collaborate with team members to manage the CRM environment
• Assist with the management and maintenance of the CRM while documenting system configurations
• Daily administration of the CRM to support the development and success of the Sales, Marketing and Operations strategies through understanding priorities and executing operational plans to increase cross-functionality of all company products and services
• Create, develop, and manage workflows, automations, integrations and more to optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements, analytics, and best practice sharing
• Ensure data cleanliness and complete content of the CRM
• Work with Marketing Intelligence Analyst to analyze website/email behaviors and searched/downloaded content to create most effective targeted and segmented lists accordingly
• Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks and marketing automation for these segments to convert leads to customers
• Account for lead generation process/results from emails and inbound efforts
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes and A/B tests that succeed through email
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies, and best practices on an ongoing basis
• Assist the Marketing Communications Coordinator and Ecommerce Specialist to execute company emails and landing pages, nurture campaigns, SMS/text, as well as create workflows

Skills and qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in CRM management
• Strong project management skills, detailed, extremely accurate, analytical, well organized, and excellent communicator
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data
• Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form) and creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform
• Proven track record in exceptional follow-up and customer service
• Prioritize multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Demonstrate initiative and use independent judgment within established guidelines and procedures
