Leasing Associate

Overview:
The Leasing Associate is responsible for providing superior service by being readily available to provide effective and efficient service to all prospects, residents and vendors. This team member establishes the “First Impression” that is perceived by anyone calling or visiting. The Leasing Consultant should also work effectively and efficiently in supporting the leasing team with office duties necessary to the daily operation of the business.

Primary responsibility is the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and provide exceptional customer service. This includes generating and handling potential residentials, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move-in paperwork and procedures, as well as marketing both outbound and through social media. Performs all of the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Working knowledge of RealPage Onesite, NAA Lease, Bluemoon Forms and Canva a plus.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications Include:
• 2-3 years’ experience in residential property management preferred, will consider a candidate with strong sales/marketing background with proven track record of success
• NAA Designation a plus
• Leasing Associates are required to provide their own transportation between properties
• Valid driver’s license, criminal background check, drug testing and references required
