Middle School Assistant Head Swim Coach

Overview:
Charlotte Latin School is seeking a Middle School Assistant Head Swim Coach for our 2023-2024 Season running from November to February.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
• Participate in conducting and organizing tryouts
• Assist the head coach with practices and swimmer feedback
• Assist with the management of uniform and team equipment
• Assist with posting meet results to the website and management of the team webpage if requested by the head coach

Qualifications:
• Coaching experience with a school team or club team
• Assistant coaching experience or high-level playing experience in college
• A positive, upbeat coaching style
• After-school availability starting from 3:30-5:30 p.m., Monday- Thursday for practices and meets from November-February
