Primary duties include responding to daily service requests, preparing apartments at turnover, assisting with maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings, responding to after-hours service calls in a timely manner, maintaining a positive image to residents and prospective residents, maintaining assigned company vehicle and performing special projects as directed. Responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property to meet the company’s established standards and any applicable laws.
CPO and CFC certifications preferred. Must have strong customer service skills. Working knowledge of RealPage/ Onesite or other property mgmt. software a plus. Valid driver’s license, criminal background check, drug screening and references required. Competitive salary and benefits.
