Reporting to the President and Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing senior-level administrative support, assisting in day-to-day administrative functions, coordination, and helping manage the workflow and office functions of the Charlotte office.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Coordinate calendars, complete travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.) and monthly expense reports using Concur, and manage Outlook contacts for senior leadership within the Charlotte office (President, CFO, Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director | Acquisitions, etc.), as well as other team members throughout the country, as determined necessary
• Assist the Charlotte office with general clerical duties such as ordering supplies, scheduling office maintenance, maintaining incoming and outgoing mail, and monitoring visitors
• Coordinate and/or assist with entertainment events by scheduling travel, hotel accommodations, leisure activities, and reservations
• Become proficient in the company’s data software system to assist teams with data uploads and reporting
• Provide assistance to the Southeast Acquisitions team with conference registration, preparing informational packets when needed, and various tasks
• Support the President with coordinating annual events and office meetings by overseeing the timely flow of each event
• Assist other departments with special projects as needed

What we’re looking for:
• Available to work up to three (3) days per week in the office and the remainder of the week remotely
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact across various levels of the organization, including senior executive leadership
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant
• Outlook, Concur, Excel, and PowerPoint skills a plus
• Ability to proactively anticipate next steps and possible issues
• Collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service focus

Salary:
$50,000 – $55,000 plus bonus
