Overview:
Theory Salon needs you. As a coordinator for a small boutique salon there are many hats to be worn. Theory is looking for someone who looks good in all of them. As a coordinator you will be the first and last contact person for all clients, it’s important that you understand the needs and wants of the client as well as the stylist. Our coordinator needs to be multitask-oriented. We have 7 stylists all of them successful and that requires a coordinator that can keep up with their busy schedules. Our clients are in constant contact and we need someone who can respond, schedule, confirm and look good doing it.

We need light housekeeping to help our day run smoothly, this requires a person who can see the needs of a busy salon, the trash, color bowls, hair sweeping, dusting, and anything that contributes to keeping our environment in tip-top shape. Our coordinator will learn our inventory and order supplies, speak with sales representatives, learn about our retail and suggest products to clients. This is a busy and fun environment and we look forward to you becoming a team member.
