Overview:
Christ Episcopal Church in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Director of Youth and Family Ministry who will create, implement, and lead dynamic experiences that equip and empower our middle and high school students and their parents to explore, grow, and deepen their faith.

Christ Church is an inclusive and growing parish serving people who are passionate about living their faith in the world. Our teams of volunteers, staff and clergy work together to meet people where they are on their faith journey, through relevant conversations, spiritual practices, small groups, pilgrimages, outreach experiences, and Bible studies.

Our ideal candidate is a collaborative leader, relational and empathetic, a skilled listener, and an excellent communicator. The new Director will lead the Youth and Family Ministry Team in the creation and implementation of all ministry offerings for students in 6th – 12th grades and their parents.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or higher. Three years of experience or training in youth ministry and some knowledge of the Episcopal Church is strongly preferred.
