Overview:
This role is responsible for conducting a full range of operational functions in maintaining the efficiency and administration of serving our ultra-high net worth families.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to team; takes messages and schedules appointments
• Receives and maintains record of correspondence, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and scans, delivers and distributes items in line with company policy and procedures
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks
• Performs filing and recordkeeping
• Maintain office supplies and upkeep of community office equipment (breakroom, calling tech support when needed)
• Schedules meetings and coordinates supporting enhancements; catering, book rooms, taxis, and couriers
• Keeps a safe and clean reception, storage, and breakroom area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Obtains Notary Public license for firm and client needs
• Provides excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred skills and/or experience:
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience required in operations, at least 1 year of experience with high net worth or ultra-high net worth clientele
• Four-year degree
• Superior communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Addepar, Salentica CRM, ShareFile and/or Document Logistix considered a plus
