Charlotte Star Room, a dynamic and innovative boutique content development, video & marketing agency, is seeking a talented Marketing and Content Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and organized individual with a passion for content, social media, video and storytelling.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating social media marketing efforts & managing content projects for our clients.

Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement on client social channels (IG, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Tiktok – platforms vary per client)
• Coordinate and manage content creation projects from concept to completion, ensuring the content, captions, & graphics all match brand standards and are delivered to the client on time for approval
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of engaging content across various platforms for our clients
• Assist in the creation of compelling and visually captivating content, including videos, social media posts, and more based on an established strategic direction
• Work closely with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines effectively
• Monitor and analyze marketing and content performance metrics, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video marketing and content creation

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, copywriting, content coordination, or a related field. Agency experience preferred but not required.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a strong understanding of how different social media and digital platforms operate – must be open to learning new tools to be more efficient
• A genuine interest in content creation, video production (coming out on set!), video editing (training/support in fcp x provided as needed) storytelling, and the creative process. Graphic design skills are preferred
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• A team player with a collaborative spirit, contributing ideas and supporting a positive working environment
