Skiptown is on a mission to make the lives of pets and their people easier, and even more fun, through a tech-enabled, premium pet services ecosystem, and state-of-the-art facilities. Our 24,000 sq ft flagship location in South End offers dog daycare, boarding, grooming and a social bar – and will soon expand to include retail, veterinary, training and transportation services. Skiptown is well-funded and preparing to launch 50+ locations across the country in the next 5 years.

What you’ll do:
• Create, edit, post and update written & design content for emails and newsletters
• Update menu and event information on local website
• Use marketing tools provided to plan and execute initiatives to drive revenue for location
• Partner with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to promote Skiptown
• Produce, edit, publish and share daily/weekly/monthly content on all social media platforms based on strategy set
• Curate and organize a library of user-generated and original content to include photo and video
• Plan and execute recurring and seasonal events at the bar & park
• Order and organize Skiptown swag and marketing materials
• Collect and report on event and marketing-related metrics and feedback

What you’ll bring:
• 1+ years of experience in marketing – in-house or at an agency
• Social media experience – Instagram specifically
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Top-notch creativity and communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills
