Overview:
Christ Episcopal Church in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Director of Children and Family Ministry who co-create, lead and implement dynamic experiences that equip and empower children birth – 5th grade and their parents to explore, grow, and deepen their faith.

The new Assistant Director will work under the direction of the Director of Children and Family Ministry to implement ministry offerings for children birth – 5th grade and their families.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or higher. Some experience in or training in children’s ministry or education and some knowledge of the Episcopal Church is strongly preferred.

Application deadline: August 15, 2023. Salary ranges $55,000 and $65,000. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, pension, paid holidays and vacation.
