Overview:
The Rental Accounting Assistant works closely, effectively and efficiently in supporting the Rental Accounting Manager with office duties necessary to the daily accounting operation of the business. Seeking professional, energetic, organized, self-motivated individual. Primary responsibility is the performance of all activities accounting related to apartment rentals. This includes posting of rental payments and all other applicable payments to accounts. Interacts directly with current as well as previous residents in regard to collections, by making collection calls to bring accounts current to date. Working knowledge of RealPage, OneSite and NAA Lease a plus to perform the above.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in Assistant Property Management role preferred, will consider a candidate with customer service/accounting background with a proven track record of success
• NAA Designation a plus
• Valid driver’s license, criminal background check, drug testing and references required
