Overview:
This position reports to the Echo President and requires an in-depth, proficient, and reliable knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software. The Bookkeeper provides a variety of accounting functions including, but not limited to the following:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Reconciling bank statements
• Preparing IRS 990, 1099, and 1096 Forms
• Preparing Solicitation License renewals
• Submitting payroll
• Processing new hires as necessary
• Preparing monthly financial reports
• Preparing the annual budget for review
