Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. The Charlotte location was opened almost 20 years ago by Laura and Eric VanSickle, who still run the operation today. Our current growth has created an immediate need for Design Consultants to support and develop our in-home sales.

Overview:

All Sales Design Consultants are provided appointments within a radius close to their homes. You could meet with up to three clients a day, touring the space they want redesigned and drawing up a custom plan just for them. Your new superpower will be bringing storage and organization to life for your clients! Paid training will be provided for all levels of experience.

Responsibilities:
• Attend all sales training
• On-time arrival to all appointments
• Creating custom designs for clients
• Prompt communication with customers
• Providing daily updates to office
• Making every appointment a special experience for you and your client

Qualifications:
• An eagerness to learn

• No Sales or Design experience needed – full training provided

Compensation:
$4,000 – $8,000+ monthly
