Overview:
Give high-level support on behalf of the interior construction team for Northwood Office’s leasing, property management, operations and security departments. This role is responsible for delivering interior construction projects on time and on budget.
This position will involve construction project management oversight for several types of construction projects, including office, retail, and mixed-use construction upfits and building renovations. This position works closely with internal leasing, property management, operations and security departments.
