Lead Teacher
Overview:
Are you ready to make a difference? DCCDC is a 5-STAR center with smaller class sizes and ratios, creating a family dynamic and rewarding work environment. We have an excellent team of educators in place, but we need a few more of the best and the brightest to complete our center family.
Basic info:
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, have a positive attitude, and be a team player. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. for a short distance, sit on the ground for extended periods of time, and run with children.
This lead teacher position is a 40-hour paid work week. The open shifts are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid break. The DCCDC is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Full-time employees are eligible for 85% employer-paid health insurance, 18 paid holidays, and generous PTO after completing a 90-day probationary period.

Minimum requirements prior to employment:
• Criminal Background Check Qualification Letter
• Proof of TB Test
• Physical within one year
In addition, you must complete the following qualifications within 30 days of employment:
•WORKS Evaluation Letter for Teacher or Lead Teacher
•CPR/First Aid Training (In-Person)
•ITS SIDS
Salary:
$17-$19 per hour
