Adair opens this Saturday, June 3 at 10am right next to The Salty Donut.
Inside, you’ll find formal and casual wear, shoes, accessories, home decor and baby clothes.
Why it matters: The boutique is a local favorite, founded by Charlottean and UNC Charlotte grad Sydney Cook over a decade ago.
“I basically started selling clothes at my sorority house,” Cook said.
Flashback: Cook opened her first storefront in Concord in 2013, then expanded to South End in 2017 and eventually opened a third store in Kannapolis.
- The former South End location, which sat on South Boulevard, closed to make way for a 23-story office tower.
- Of note: Cook is closing the Kannapolis location to focus on the South End and Concord ones.
Details: Adair is located at 1515 S Tryon St.
- It’s open Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm and 12-6pm on Sunday.
- They validate parking in the parking deck that’s located directly to the right of Salty Donut.
