Overview:
Middle C Jazz, Charlotte’s premier Live Music Club and home of Dressler’s Improv Kitchen, is currently searching for an experienced assistant floor manager to work Mid Day/Evenings. Come experience a vibrant atmosphere filled with the sounds of Jazz, martini glasses, and excitement. As assistant manager, you will welcome our guests, engage them in conversation, and assist them at the club. You will also enjoy working with other club staff, enjoy the sound and lighting aspects of clubs, and inspire people for optimal performance. Restaurant experience is helpful!

Who you are: You are confident, friendly, and can anticipate the needs of others. You can think on your feet, can balance several balls at one time, and always remain calm. You enjoy guiding others, and are glad to do so. You can work as a team; however, can work independently. You don’t mind working at night, or on the weekends, and enjoy music. You are willing to roll up your sleeves! You also have at least one year of club, Host/Hostess, Concierge/Hospitality experience
