Overview:
The Administrator will work closely with our operations team and act as a primary point of liaison with our clients. The successful candidate will serve as an ambassador for the firm, demonstrate polished communications skills, a professional and positive attitude.

The role involves:
• Managing reception desk by screening for important phone calls and transfer to the correct person, answer client questions if able, take phone messages and either schedule a phone call or respond to client questions in a timely manner
• Work closely with operations team to maintain a client relationship management system and electronic document management system
• Liaising with clients to gather information in a timely manner, with a focus on customer service, ensuring queries are resolved as quickly as possible to ensure prompt turnaround
• Scheduling in person, video and phone appointments for team members
• Paper filing of tax returns
• Manage all certified mail and faxed documents as well as document requests
• Preparation of tax organizers
• Maintain overall office appearance
