International non-profit association with members in over 70 countries. Seeking a full-time Membership and Events Coordinator to support growth globally, with some emphasis on Latin America. Remote position, which requires self-direction, flexibility, and strong work ethic.

Required skills:
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) minimum; tri-lingual (Spanish and Portuguese) a plus
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Competent scheduling and organizational skills
• Work collaboratively with a strong ability to multi-task and handle numerous tasks and competing priorities at once
• Experience in a growing environment and helping the organization improve communication and processes

• Support the onboarding of new members
• Routinely update membership recruitment materials
• Coordinate routine newsletters and messaging for members
• Administrative support for Board of Directors meetings, committee meetings, member’s meetings, and member’s webinars
• Connect new and existing members with volunteer activities within the DRBF
• Support development of communications resources in Spanish, Portuguese, and other languages as needed
• Provide support on the administrative details for conferences, workshops, and other events
• Coordinate governance paperwork related to the Board of Directors and Country Representatives (agreements, reports, etc.)
• Coordinate follow-up of membership renewals with Board members and Country Representatives
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Job location and compensation:
• Charlotte Metro area preferred
• A lot of flexibility to perform job duties, most job tasks can be executed in a remote environment with some as-needed in-person meetings. Some monthly Zoom meetings, primarily during regular business hours.
• Full time salary position, medical benefits negotiable
