Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, design & merchandising savvy hardworking individual to join our team in our retail showroom! If you think you would be a good fit, we would love to hear from you! Please note that this position requires a commitment to work every other Saturday from 11am-4pm.

Responsibilities:
• Style & merchandise the sales floor to create exciting, inspiring, and a beautiful environment
• Assist with receiving product, opening freight, and organizing inventory
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment
• Greet clients and establish their needs
• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in the store regarding the design of their living spaces to drive store sales
• Learn Statement Home sales process and systems
• Build lasting customer relationships

Qualifications and experience:
• Merchandising and/or design experience is preferred
• Ability to use tools, climb ladders, and safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Detail oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Desire to create customer relationships
• Ability to work 3 days a week including 2 Saturdays a month from 11a-4p
• Flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business
