Office Assistant
Overview:
We have an immediate opening for an Office Assistant to help us manage the office, client communications and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency when it comes to completing tasks and meeting deadlines. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with experience working in a fast-paced environment as well as excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Gathering and organizing invoices for scanning to account
• Coordinating with Executive Chef and General Manager for proper invoicing and vendors
• Ordering office supplies
• Unemployment Cases
• Answer or forward customer calls and e-mails
• Coordinate with other administrative staff
• File and maintain documents; manage records
• Communicate with coworkers to ensure effective cooperation
