Ideal candidate:
A detail-oriented, and organized real estate professional and leader, who can easily recognize talent and is a master of follow up and follow through. A strategic thinker and consummate relationship builder that has a desire to be part of a growing firm and collaborative leadership team. The main responsibility is to identify professional real estate agent candidates, ensuring that each one meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the firm.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a robust recruiting process for DHR by finding and vetting candidates to ensure that they are qualified, share our culture and are a good fit for the firm
• Provide regular progress reports at bi weekly leadership meetings
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, contract negotiations, signing and mentoring
• Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality
• Collaborate with other admin to ensure a seamless candidate experience through onboarding, orientation and training
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and personalized communication throughout the recruitment process
• Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes and results
• Act as a mentor to agents, assist with developing firm training schedule

Qualifications:
• Team-oriented, enthusiastic, eager, motivated, and collaborative, with a strong work ethic and leadership experience is the most important qualification
• Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent written and communication skills
• Implementer of systems and procedures, likes to build and grow programs and processes and pour into people
• Outgoing, comfortable talking with new people as well as the ability to present in front of others, believe in and share our value proposition
• College degree and real estate license required
• HR training and/or experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a real estate environment is mandatory
