Retail Manager (Part-time)
Overview:
We are an award-winning cocktail supply and beverage lifestyle shop located in South End. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Manager who has a passion and experience in the Food and Beverage, Retail or Hospitality Industry. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who has a knack for building relationships. With a keen eye on customer satisfaction, the retail manager maintains a clean, well-organized sales floor, updates incoming inventory and pricing for the retail floor and packaging e-commerce orders. You will be the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
• Assessing customer’s needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
• Use upselling techniques to increase store sales
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
• Advanced customer service skills
• The ability to use a POS cash register, troubleshoot any POS Wifi connectivity issues that may arise, and able to adapt to current technology needs
• New inventory intake. Reconciling, counting, and pricing products
• Categorize and digitally file purchase orders and invoices
• Storage runs
• Cleaning up trash/boxes, organizing supplies, shipping materials, and inventory closet.
• Lifting and transporting boxes

E-Commerce Customer service
• Fulfill online orders twice a week. Includes: packaging & shipping orders and replying to queries to efficiently resolve complaints
• Serve as contact support for online customers, attending to calls, replying to order queries, efficiently resolving complaints, and processing orders
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, Some college
• Must be 21+
• Proficient on Outlook and Microsoft Office
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in retail marketing, communications, and/or event planning and promotion
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of business
• Must have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
• Must have a car and valid driver’s license
