Overview:
Pace Development Group (PDG) continues to grow and has an exciting opening for an experienced accounting and bookkeeping professional with Construction, Home Building & Development related experience. This position would allow an individual to establish themselves with a company that has a long history of exceptional performance, high integrity and a supportive team culture. This is a great opportunity to join an awesome team and work in the construction accounting field. Experience with QuickBooks, Construction job cost & Excel are required.

Primary responsibilities:
• Maintain AP & AR files, spreadsheets and QuickBooks entries for multiple entities
Accounts payable
• Manage vendor bills, approvals & payments
• Maintain payment sources including checks, online & ACH payments
• Prepare & process Lien Waivers for vendors & subcontractors
• Code out & enter credit card receipts & reconcile monthly statement
• Maintain vendor spreadsheets, Work Addendum files & reports
• Manage subcontractor COI and W9 files
• Process year-end 1099s for all entities
Accounts receivable
• Update project budget in Excel, prepare Draw requests, AIA pay applications & invoices
• Manage & submit AR invoices
• Maintain QuickBooks online invoices, payment links & posting deposits
• Assist with AR Aging Summary & receivables/collections
• Maintain rental property invoices & income
Other responsibilities
• Prepare documents for annual insurance audits
• Assist with property tax filings
• Assist controller with Safety Program

Requirements:
• QuickBooks – 5 years
• Residential Construction Accounting – 5 years
• Associates Degree
• Excel, Outlook, Adobe & DocuSign

$55,000 – $65,000 DOE
