Your tour guide: Hunter Haag, a contestant on season 26 of The Bachelor and season eight of Bachelor In Paradise.
Neighborhood: South End
What makes Charlotte special: “Aesthetics are a big thing for me, and I love that Charlotte is pretty, clean and has a lot of greenery,” Haag says.
Here’s Hunter’s ideal weekend when she’s hosting out-of-town friends or family.
Friday: Burgers and adult beverages
We’d start with dinner at Moo & Brew.
- I’d get the Peter Piper burger, which has some spice to it.
- I get that every time I’m there.
- I always get a Moscow Mule to go with it. I’m a big Moscow Mule girl.

Post-dinner drinks: After dinner, we’d head to Idlewild for a cocktail.
- I usually ask for something with gin and egg whites in it.
- Then we’d go check out VINYL.

Saturday: A sweat sesh before brunch and beers
I usually start my weekends off with a workout, so we’d go to West Kept Secret.
- They’re all HIIT Pilates classes, and I can’t recommend them enough.
- I’ve been going there for a year, so that’s how you know it’s good because I never stick with one type of workout.
Post-workout fuel: Next, we’d go to Suffolk Punch for brunch.
- I’d get the chicken biscuit with a chai tea latte.
- Then we’d head to Wooden Robot.
- I always get whatever sour they’ve got on tap.
Dinner and drinks: For dinner, we’d go to Church & Union.
- I always get the oysters on the half-shell.
- I also love their CU burger, which comes with truffle aioli.
- I like to have one chill night at home on the weekends, so after dinner, we’d head home and watch movies.
Sunday: A brunch send-off
We’d go to Ruby Sunshine for a final brunch. I love that place.
- I like to switch it up and try whatever Benedict special they have that day.
