Social Media Associate
Overview:
As a Social Media Associate you will be the leading team member for all social media accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok for a variety of Real Estate companies. You will work alongside the Marketing Manager to streamline social media posts and strategize on client engagement.
What you’ll do:
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (with a focus on Tik Tok, Instagram, and video) that builds meaningful connections
• Capture the fun during events for corporate and residential team audiences to share on social media
• Oversee and manage company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of each company’s social content
• Monitor all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Collaborate with various departments (Investments, sales, etc.) to manage reputation
What you’ll need:
• 2+ years experience in Marketing
• Must be willing to share personal or professional social media accounts in order to be considered in candidacy
• Must have Adobe experience (Photoshop and Premiere)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels and trends
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
