Duties:
• As a Cook, you will be responsible for safe handling and preparation of food and ingredients quickly and efficiently, with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. As a Cook, you will be responsible for working together with other team members to coordinate order timing, adjust for exceptions, and follow instructions from Managers and special order requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping a clean station, closing and transitioning your work station to other team members, following plating guides and recipes, and assisting with any other job duties as requested. A qualified applicant must have excellent communication skills and the willingness to work with others as a team, able to lift 25-50 pounds, and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length. This position also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude.
• As a Host/ess you will be responsible for answering the phone, direct to go orders properly, manage the waitlist and Call Ahead Seating, keep the host/ess area stocked with all necessary items, and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area, menus, and restrooms. A qualified applicant must have excellent communication skills and the willingness to work with others as a team, able to lift 25-50 pounds, and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length. This position also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
• As a Server, you will be responsible for providing service to each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently, with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Duties of this position will include taking orders, suggestive selling, and delivering food, receiving payment, accurately counting back change, and being responsible for all transactions. A qualified applicant must have excellent communication skills, the willingness to work with others as a team, able to lift 25-50 pounds, and exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room and kitchen for periods of up to 8 hours in length. This position also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
