Overview:
European Cellars, a leading importer of fine wines in the United States, seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Analyst to work onsite at our Charlotte, NC, office. In this position, you would be responsible for providing sales, inventory, and shipment reports, purchase order reconciliation, inventory data management, and reconciliation with a keen eye for quantity, pricing, and warehouse location. As a small business, there will also be general administrative responsibilities requiring good customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Provide daily sales reports and updates for regional sales managers
• Communicate with the sales team on inventory availability, shipment status reports, and pricing adjustments
• Responsible for daily reconciliation of customer purchase orders and review of processed invoices for customers
• Set up new inventory items in ERP and salesforce software
• Reconcile inventory across multiple warehouses—attention to detail for quantity, pricing, and location
• Compile and review documents for customs and compliance. Communicate with the logistics team to ensure documentation is in order
• Answer phones and general administrative responsibilities

Qualifications:
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Able to prioritize daily/weekly tasks
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• 1-2 years of data analysis or logistics experience preferred
