Restaurant Constance, by Your Farms Your Table, is a locally owned restaurant whose mission it is to create community connection through the hospitality we create. Local and well-sourced ingredients comprise our food and beverage menus. We have an extensive relationship with local farmers and suppliers who are the backbone of our purpose.
In preparation for our opening we are hiring for the following Front and Back of House Positions:
Opportunity to work with the area’s best local ingredients and assist in channeling our efforts into precision, cooking in a small 38-seat restaurant environment.
Shellfish, main course, salad, hot app, and pastry stations.
This is a front-of-house support position, and you will have an opportunity to work side by side with our lead service team, offering table maintenance support, food running and beverage support. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves food and beverage and would like to immerse themselves in a positive work culture that focuses on teamwork and education.
Opportunity to work in a community-based culture whose idea it is to tell stories through food. You will get to practice elevated hospitality and leadership in our 38-seat dining room, as well as working alongside a level 3 sommelier who leads our beverage program.
